An original digital image photograph taken of Cabernet grapes at a local vineyard was manipulated and enhanced in PhotoShop.

After printing on prepared material, hand dyed fabrics and commercial batiks were then layered to create depth. The fabrics were then worked with various media to produce extra interest in the leaves.

Machine appliquéd and quilted.

Collaged acid-free banana paper was applied over artist canvas. The quilt was hand sewn to the canvas. A printed and painted Tesoro Winery logo on watercolor paper was added.
