Evening Run Off

This quilt is the product of a Jane Lafazio class on quick Landscapes. It is actually an Oreo cookie with two quilts sewn together with a sheet of paper between them. I used hand dyed scrim and silk organza on the hills and the tree bark with the leaves of the tree being burnt felt. The background quilt is upholstery fabric. I embellished the quilt with hand dyed yarns, sea glass, bottle tree pods, and buttons and glass beads.
